			<description><![CDATA[ I Work in Ketchikan, Alaska.  I know it sounds bad but if you check out the map it is the southernmost city in southeast AK.  It has a wonderful marine climate, snows less than most places north of OK and MO.  It gets in the 60's in the summer and averages upper 30's and 40's in the winter.  Fishing and hunting paradise.
