My last vehicle is costing me to much money on repairs and gas, and i'm looking into a new vehicle. 			<description><![CDATA[ I am the senior RCA in my office.  There is a vacant route up for bid.  The only regular Rural carrier in the office does not wish to bid on the route up for bid.  Do I as an RCA have to phsically bid on the route?  Or is the route offered to me at the end of the 10 day bidding process?<br><br>Any help would be great. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was notified on 9/12 that i will be removed from the po in 30 days for falsification of ps form 4240 (time sheet) that happened on 6/29/06. Even though these charges are completely false, i have had no prior record. I was followed by this supervisor 15 days after receiving a oberservation of driving signed by the PM dated 6/14/06. On the day in ? I didn't receive one. Will this removal stick? ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Myself and 2 other carriers have a tentative agreement on a 3 way transfer.  Could someone be so kind as to list the steps I have to take to get this done?  If I work in a city with multiple stations with rural routes, do I have to get the manager of my station to approve? or the area manager? or the postmaster of the city?  If it is the postmaster of the city how exactly would I go about getting him to approve this?  Do I have to write him a letter? I know postmasters are very busy people... ]]></description>

The other day our supervisor mentioned that they have been approved to start a HCR and asked if I as senior RCA wanted to do it till they got it contracted out.  I said no, I'd just wait on the regular route.  He said I am lucky, because probably in the future in our office, as rural carriers retire, their routes will... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ If I finish my route under it's evaluated time on a consistant basis, does that have a negative effect on the route at all?  I have an aux route that's evaluated at 6 hours, but I usually do it in about 5, sometimes even 4.  I've been told if a carrier goes over the evaluated time on a consistant basis the route may be subject to being cut.  So I'm wondering if there are any negative effects the other way around. ]]></description>

The regular was seperated from the post office jan. 6. they have just now posted the route. the post master claims the union told him he could have an extra 60 days to post the route if he was doing an adjustment. he was not able to do an adjustment because the route is vacant and not overburdend. (he knew this.)I am the senior sub because of him I have been sitting on the side lines for what will be 3 months longer than I should have... ]]></description>
