That is the southwest side of Louisiana. Located on the Texas/Louisiana border. It is a small office with 3 rural routes. All routes have a LLV. You will get a J route till the golf course is finished being built. Cost of housing and taxes are not outrageous here. This is a nice community surrounded by lakes,rivers and bayous. Also close to the Gulf of Mexico. We have alot of nice homes here on our rivers,lakes and bayous. I am also looking for someone from Pennsylvania or any surrounding state to help complete a 3 way transfer. Please respond if interested. Thanks.
