San Diego office highly preferred but will consider East County (to Alpine) or North County (Temecula is too far). Seniority 9/02, regular since 11/05. Two large offices, over 100 total routes. Averaging at least a couple of new routes every year. Perfect climate excluding June-August. MY ROUTE: very well-maintained 43K, 11 miles in/around a very well-established country club (lots of snowbirds). Seven residential NBUs, 5 easy business NBUs and 2 walk-in businesses. Major overhaul to edit sheet being processed as I write this ad, so that won't have to be done again for a long time. Parking space is first one at the bottom of the ramp, right outside the side double doors. MY OFFICE: no LLVs, so every route gets EMA, variety of routes; residential NBUs, businesses, apartments/condos, dirt roads in some areas, all upscale neighborhoods (mostly $1 million-plus homes), famous North Scottsdale resorts/restaurants/shopping/golf. Tons of recreation a short drive in any direction from Phoenix area. LOW cost of living by California standards!!! You can't go wrong!!
